Salary: Up to 20% hike from last drawn salary + 2400 allowance depending on experience

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in:

- Statistics

- Mathematics

- Engineering

- Business Administration

- Information Technology

- Computer Science

- 2-4 years of reporting / MIS experience in a BPO environment

- At least 2 years supporting contact center or WFM operations

- Experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation

- Knowledge of contact center / WFM metrics preferred
