Role Overview:

We are seeking an HR Service Delivery Assoc Manager to lead payroll processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate pay execution for both in-house and outsourced teams. You will act as the escalation point for team and customer issues, drive continuous improvement, and oversee payroll activities including GL feed, reporting, and audit activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Act as escalation point for team and customer issues.


Identify opportunities for improvement and drive corporate initiatives.


Deliver metrics and optimal team performance through stakeholder interaction.


Participate in strategic planning to establish annual objectives and goals.


Develop resources under your reporting line.


Oversee: Payroll distribution, Audit Activities, General Ledger Feed, Payroll Reporting, Vendor/Government Data Distribution, Post-Payrun Activities, Gross-to-Net Calculation.


Qualifications:


At least 7–8 years relevant experience – required.


At least 5 years supervisory experience – required.


Payroll and SAP experience – required.


Must be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work.
