Role Overview:

We are seeking a Workforce Scheduler to create and manage effective schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand. You will ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs and coordinating closely with operations teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts.


Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and updates.


Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs.


Coordinate closely with operations teams to meet business requirements.


Qualifications:


At least 1 year of experience in WFM scheduling – required.


Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – required.


Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts.


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
