Education

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)

• Proven experience in SAP application support, maintenance, and implementation projects

• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and business process design

• Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of ABAP Debugging and code analysis

• Experience with SAP Security concepts and authorization management

• Exposure to SAP Integration technologies and interface management

• Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to operational excellence

• Stable employment history (not a job hopper)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.

• Configure SAP SD modules and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy SAP enhancements.

• Participate in solution design reviews and system optimization initiatives.

• Support ABAP debugging, SAP Security, automation, CI/CD, and SAP integration activities.

• Plan and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Manage deployments and provide post-go-live support.

• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Mentor junior consultants and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
