As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you'll combine deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities—designing and optimizing identity security solutions, guiding project delivery, mentoring IAM professionals, and helping organizations protect critical systems while meeting security and compliance requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you will:

• Design, implement, configure, and enhance SailPoint IGA solutions
• 
  
• Lead and mentor team members while promoting technical excellence
• 
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity teams, and other technical groups
• 
  
• Drive team performance and contribute to important technical and project decisions
• 
  
• Implement and optimize:

  • Identity lifecycle management
  • 
    
  • Access governance
  • 
    
  • User provisioning and deprovisioning
  • 
    
  • Role and entitlement management
  • 
    
  • Access certifications and reviews

• Assess identity-related risks and recommend appropriate security improvements

• Troubleshoot and support identity and access-related security incidents

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures

• Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions to promote identity security best practices

• Contribute to large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience

• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
