Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals
Use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases
Ensure candidates meet U.S. compliance, licensure, and credentialing requirements
Work in a metrics-driven environment and collaborate with hiring and onboarding teams

Qualifications
1–3 years experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment
Experience hiring for roles such as:
U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs)
U.S. Travel Nurses
Community Nurses
Other U.S. healthcare roles
Background in RPO, BPO recruitment, or staffing agency is preferred
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
