Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced RCM Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Revenue Cycle Management professionals in a high-volume BPO environment. The role will focus on operational performance, team development, quality, SLA/KPI achievement, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily RCM operations and conduct team huddles.

• Manage workflow across billing, collections, claims, denials, and accounts receivable.

• Monitor productivity, quality, SLA compliance, and TAT.

• Analyze performance and error trends and implement corrective action plans.

• Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, performance reviews, and development discussions.

• Support new hires during nesting and transition to production.

• Collaborate with Training and QA teams to address knowledge and performance gaps.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and client security requirements.

• Maintain accurate coaching, attendance, and performance documentation.

• Support client audits, quality calibrations, and compliance reviews.

• Handle operational escalations and complex processing issues.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of BPO experience with hands-on RCM operations experience – Mandatory.

• Prior experience as a Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, or SME in a BPO environment.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes, including:

  • Billing

  • Collections

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Claims Submission

  • Denials & Appeals

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to work onsite and night shifts.
