Role Overview:
Join our team as a B2B Collections Specialist! You will manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B collections and accounts receivable.

• Contact clients to secure payment on overdue accounts.

• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes.

• Reconcile accounts and update records accurately.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Meet collection targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 2nd Year College completed and above – required.

• Min. 1 year B2B Collections experience – required.

• OTC (Order to Cash) and AR (Accounts Receivable) experience – required.

• No employment gaps – required.

• No AWOL history – required.

• Minimum 12 months tenure with previous employers – required
