YOUR ROLE:

Handle customer interactions in Cantonese and English across phone, chat, and email

Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information

Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

Accurately document interactions in company systems

Meet targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

Perform other tasks as assigned

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Fluent in Cantonese - can speak naturally, fluently, and spontaneously in a professional setting

Able to understand complex, extended conversations including implied meanings

With conversational / working English - training and systems are in English

Open to candidates with or without BPO experience

Background in Collections and knowledge of Order-to-Cash - O2C - process is highly preferred but not required

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines
