Job Description

We are looking for experienced PHRN Medical Coders with strong expertise in medical coding and healthcare documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience with ICD-10, CPT, or HCPCS coding systems and hold active professional certifications. This role offers a hybrid work setup based in MOA, Pasay.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Review medical records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure coding quality while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

• Work with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries and documentation issues.

• Follow healthcare coding guidelines and organizational policies.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ICD-10, CPT, and/or HCPCS Medical Coding.

• Medical coding experience of 2–3 years.

• Active CPC or CPMA Certification (Mandatory).

• Active PRC License (Mandatory).

• Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC License.

• 2–3 years of medical coding experience.

• Clinical experience is preferred.

• Bill Review experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
