Role Overview

We are seeking an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) to join our South Carolina Account team. This role involves clinical case management, utilization review, nurse auditing, and bill review. You will leverage your clinical expertise to assess cases, ensure compliance with guidelines, and support timely resolution.


Key Responsibilities

Perform clinical case management and utilization review


Conduct nurse auditing and bill review


Assess complex medical, legal, and consult review cases


Ensure compliance with regulatory and client guidelines


Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases


Document findings and determinations accurately


Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets


Qualifications

Active USRN (any mainland license) – required


At least 2 years of recent surgical experience in a hospital setting – required


OR 2+ years of clinical case management with additional complex medical, legal, and consult review preferred


At least 2 years of experience in daily application of nurse auditing, utilization review, and bill review – required
