Job Description

We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS/OIC) to configure, integrate, support, and maintain packaged and SaaS applications. The role will focus on application integration, API connectivity, troubleshooting, release management, and ensuring system stability and performance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver reliable cloud-based integrations while maintaining compatibility, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure, support, and maintain packaged and SaaS applications, ensuring system stability, availability, and optimal performance.

2. Design and support application integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (ICS/OIC), APIs, web services, and standard integration methodologies.

3. Troubleshoot application and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions within agreed timelines.

4. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and integration solutions.

5. Maintain technical documentation, support end users, contribute to process improvements, and stay updated on cloud integration technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

1. Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS/OIC).

2. Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.

3. Hands-on experience with APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and application connectivity.

4. Experience with cloud-based application deployment, SaaS application support, and troubleshooting.

5. Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS/OIC).

• Experience supporting packaged applications, SaaS platforms, or cloud-based enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a subject matter expert.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Manila and on a shifting schedule.
