We’re looking for an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Security Specialist / Team Lead to help secure, monitor, and strengthen critical OT environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as an OT Security SME and lead team execution.

- Support strategic and operational security planning.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate OT security risks.

- Secure OT/ICS environments and address complex security challenges.

- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners.

- Monitor security service delivery and compliance.

- Support OT security monitoring and incident response activities.

- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3–5 years of hands-on OT Security experience.

- Strong experience with Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

- Knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.

- Experience in OT risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

- Familiarity with OT security monitoring tools and incident response.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- SME, leadership, or mentoring experience is an advantage.

- Willing to work hybrid in Cubao.

- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

- Must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
