Job Overview

We are looking for a Workforce Scheduler responsible for creating and managing effective employee schedules based on forecasted demand and staffing requirements. The role will ensure optimal staffing coverage while supporting operational efficiency and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on workforce forecasts.

• Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and schedule updates.

• Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing operational costs.

• Coordinate closely with operations teams to address staffing requirements.

• Monitor staffing needs and make necessary scheduling adjustments.

• Support workforce management activities to maintain efficient operations.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in WFM Scheduling, preferably in a BPO environment.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Alphaland, Makati.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
