JOB TITLE: Operational Technology (OT) Specialist/Team Lead

WORK SETUP: Hybrid in Cubao

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

Salary budget: 65K-200K 

Job Summary: We are looking for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security to support and deliver security managed services across client environments. Your day will revolve around ensuring that operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive key decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within security operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team execution to meet security objectives

Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational planning

Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key security initiatives

Provide solutions to security challenges across teams and environments

Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align on security strategies and operational goals

Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and capability

Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards

Professional & Technical Skills

At least 3-5 years of Operational Technology (OT) Security experience

Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements

Experience in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments

Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in OT infrastructure

Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes specific to OT

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex security issues

Excellent communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams

Must be amenable to work on possible shifting schedule with hybrid work set up at our Cubao office
