Job Description

We are hiring an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead sales operations for a Travel & Hospitality program. The role focuses on driving inbound and outbound sales performance, managing sales leaders, improving conversion strategies, coaching teams, and delivering business targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong BPO sales and people management experience, with expertise in outbound sales, objection handling, performance management, and sales strategy. Travel and Hospitality experience, particularly cruise lines or hotels, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Sales Operations: Manage and oversee day-to-day inbound and outbound sales activities while ensuring achievement of sales, conversion, productivity, and quality targets.

2. Manage Sales Leaders: Lead and coach Team Leaders/Senior Team Leaders, providing direction, performance feedback, and accountability to drive team results.

3. Drive Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies, objection-handling techniques, coaching plans, and corrective actions to improve conversion and revenue.

4. Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and day-to-day operations while implementing short-term initiatives and course corrections.

5. Stakeholder Management: Partner with operations, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to communicate performance, present action plans, and ensure consistent delivery of business objectives.

Required Skills

1. Strong BPO Sales & Outbound Sales experience with proven conversion results.

2. Excellent people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

3. Strong knowledge of sales metrics, objection handling, upselling/cross-selling, and conversion strategies.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

5. Dynamic and proactive approach with the ability to develop strategies and implement effective course corrections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of BPO Sales experience.

• At least 2–3 years of leadership/people management experience, preferably managing Team Leaders/Senior Team Leaders or Assistant Managers.

• Strong experience in Outbound and Inbound Sales.

• Proven track record of driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.

• Travel & Hospitality experience is preferred, especially experience supporting cruise lines or hotel programs.

• Energetic, engaging, and confident communication style during interviews.

• Must be able to start immediately / ASAP.

• Must be willing to work onsite at MOA and on a Graveyard Shift.
