WE'RE HIRING: Operational Technology (OT) Specialist / Team Lead

*WORK SETUP: Hybrid - Cubao  

*WORK SHIFT: Shifting  

*SALARY RANGE: ₱65,000 - ₱200,000

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in OT Security to support security managed services across client environments. Ensure operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Lead team execution as an SME for security objectives

Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic planning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives

Provide solutions to security challenges in OT/ICS environments

Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with standards

Mentor and guide team members

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

3-5 years hands-on OT Security experience

Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance

Experience securing Industrial Control Systems and OT environments

Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Must be amenable to hybrid setup with shifting schedule in Cubao
