Are you an expert in enterprise observability, ServiceNow ITOM, and Azure telemetry? We are looking for a Monitoring, Observability, and Event Management Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of our enterprise-wide monitoring and AIOps strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and rollout of scalable enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management architecture.

• Drive deep integration of alert management into ServiceNow ITOM, leveraging AIOps to enable predictive, proactive incident management.

• Partner with MEMD design leads across Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and custom Function Apps.

• Establish and sustain global observability standards, baseline metrics, and governance frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture.

• Architect proactive monitoring services covering SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms.

• Collaborate directly with business units to capture requirements and deliver high-impact, cost-effective monitoring solutions.

• Champion continuous improvement by executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), driving automation strategies (Ansible/PowerShell), and managing software upgrades.
