Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Shift: Shifting/Night Shift
Salary: PHP 60,946 – 113,346 + PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.

• Provide customer support in Khmer and English.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, products, and services.

• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build customer trust.

Eligibility:

• Fluent in Khmer (mandatory).

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Good working knowledge of English.

• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.
