HIRING: MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE – KHMER

 Location: Quezon City
 Work Setup: 100% Onsite
 Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
 Salary: ₱60,946 – ₱113,346/month (Negotiable)
 Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
 Openings: 4
 Availability: ASAP
 Target Start Date: September 2026

Qualifications

• Fluent in Khmer and able to communicate spontaneously and professionally
• Good working knowledge of English
• BPO experience is NOT required
• Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
• Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants
• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night-shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels
• Provide customer support in Khmer and English
• Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
• Build customer trust through excellent service and problem-solving
