JOB DESCRIPTION:

Alldigitech is looking for a MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST to join our RCM Account in Taguig. In this role, you will handle medical billing tasks, support healthcare providers, and ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.

SALARY: Php 25,000 - Php 33,000 depending on work experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple way

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

- Age limit: 50 years old

- High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate are welcome to apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process and review medical claims and billing

- Communicate with clients and healthcare providers

- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information

- Meet quality and productivity targets
