We're looking for an experienced Lead Generation Team Lead to drive B2B lead generation efforts, manage a high-performing team, and help grow business opportunities for HR and Payroll solutions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing
Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members
Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools
Must currently reside in the Philippines with the legal right to work

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team to achieve lead generation targets
Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound sales and marketing initiatives
Convert inbound inquiries into business opportunities
Schedule appointments with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement
