Job Summary

We are looking for a fluent Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a seamless customer experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.​
• Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services.​
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
  Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records.
  Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and financial regulations.
  Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  

Qualifications

Completed at least 2nd Year College or higher.

6 months to 1 year of BPO experience handling a Financial Account.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City.
Can start ASAP.
