Qualifications

• 
  
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• 
  
• Fluent and spontaneous in Khmer
• 
  
• Able to communicate professionally in Khmer
• 
  
• Working knowledge of English is required
• 
  
• Comfortable handling complex customer conversations
• 
  
• Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• 
  
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage
• 
  
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa
• 
  
• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered for non-Filipino applicants
• 
  
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting/night schedules
•
