We're hiring Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support a global Advertising Search Engines account.

Work Setup

• Onsite – Eastwood

• Shifting Schedule

Qualifications

• Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply

• At least Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

• Minimum of 6 months of call center experience

• At least 6 months of Japanese voice account or business-level Japanese voice experience

• B1 CEFR English proficiency

• Must pass the Aspiring Minds (AMCAT) assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• JLPT N1 or N2 certification is preferred for non-native speakers but may be waived for candidates with more than one year of Japanese voice experience

• Candidates with Japanese proficiency close to N1 are also encouraged to apply, even without Japanese voice account experience
