Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor to join our Finance and Accounting team. The role involves handling complex accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries.

• Perform account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage and maintain General Ledger accounts.

• Prepare and analyze Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and P&L.

• Handle accruals, invoices, and contra-asset accounts.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances.

• Handle and manipulate large data sets for financial reporting.

• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

• Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Accounting – non-negotiable.

• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• CPA is preferred; Non-CPA candidates may also be considered.

• Strong accounting knowledge and communication skills.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.

• Strong experience handling and manipulating large data sets – non-negotiable.

• Hands-on experience with journal entries, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet/P&L, General Ledger, and account reconciliation.

• Knowledge of financial reporting, accruals, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

• Multi-currency bank reconciliation experience is preferred.

• Experience supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables and step-by-step data manipulation – non-negotiable.

• Zero Bank Balance experience is preferred.
