What You'll Do

As a Khmer Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Khmer and English
  
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
  
• Assist customers with:
  
  
  • Account inquiries
    
  • Billing concerns
    
  • Product and service information
    
  • Service requests
    
  • General customer support
    
  
  
  
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  
• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems
  
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
  
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Khmer (Cambodian)
  
• Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with native Khmer speakers
  
• Good working knowledge of English (training, documentation, and internal systems are in English)
  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts
  
• Legally authorized to work in the Philippines
  
• Must possess a valid Philippine Work Visa or Temporary Resident Visa (for non-Filipino applicants)

Preferred Qualifications

The following are advantageous but not required:

• Customer Service or BPO experience
  
• Collections experience
  
• Experience supporting international customers
  
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
  
• Experience using CRM or customer support systems
