Location: Ayala, Makati

Schedule: Hybrid setup (after training) | Night Shift

Salary: Up to PHP 50,000/month

What You'll Do:

Supervise and review inventory accounting processes and reconciliations

Prepare and review journal entries related to inventory and cost accounting

Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis

Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and adjustments

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Assist in internal and external audits

Lead junior staff and streamline accounting processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

CPA is a plus (not required if strong accounting background)

2–3 years of accounting experience, especially in:

• Inventory accounting (non-warehouse)

• GL, P&L, reconciliations, accrual entries

• Cost of goods & inventory reserve analysis

Supervisory experience in inventory accounting (required)

Strong MS Excel skills; experience with large datasets

Familiar with SAP, Oracle, or similar tools

Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work night shift in a hybrid setup
