What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Service Delivery professional to lead operations and ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing
• Produce and distribute employee pay
• Calculate Gross-to-Net
• Conduct payroll audits and reporting
• Manage General Ledger feeds
• Handle post-payrun activities
• Distribute required vendor/government data
• Act as escalation point for team and customer concerns
• Drive process improvements, performance, and corporate initiatives
• Develop and manage team resources

What We’re Looking For

• 7–8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong Payroll & SAP experience
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Must not be previously or currently employed with Accenture
• Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture
• Must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines
