Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AML & Transaction Monitoring Training Associate Manager to lead and oversee training and capability development initiatives for teams supporting regulatory compliance operations. The role will be responsible for managing training operations, developing trainer capabilities, ensuring regulatory and domain knowledge is up to date, and maintaining strong alignment with business stakeholders.

The position requires strong experience in Training & Development, team supervision, AML, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the training team at the assigned location.

• Establish and oversee coaching, training, mentoring, and domain-expertise development programs.

• Ensure trainers maintain strong facilitation, technical, domain, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

• Manage day-to-day training operations, administration, governance, and reporting.

• Establish and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly training processes and reports.

• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews related to training performance.

• Drive knowledge capture and knowledge-transfer initiatives across teams and projects.

• Ensure calibration, consistency, and uniformity across trainers and training programs.

• Assess individual and organizational training needs in consultation with business and departmental leaders.

• Develop training plans, manage training delivery, measure effectiveness, and follow up on development requirements.

• Monitor and report employees' training and development plans, progress, and achievements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML, Transaction Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance, and relevant business processes.

• Collaborate with clients, training vendors, business stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Support Operations teams in improving customer service, employee performance, team motivation, and teamwork.

• Conduct regular huddles, monitoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure current process and regulatory knowledge.

• Develop training content and capability frameworks for new business requirements.

• Support mobilization and solution teams by developing and implementing training action plans when required.

• Apply analytical skills to evaluate training concepts, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions.

• Ensure continuous improvement of training processes and capability-development programs.

Required Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Training & Development.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or team management experience.

• Proven experience in Training & Development with a focus on Regulatory Compliance, AML, or Transaction Monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of AML and Transaction Monitoring processes and compliance requirements.

• Experience managing training operations, trainers, reporting, calibration, and business reviews.

• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively with clients, business leaders, trainers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig and on a night-shift schedule.
