OT / ICS Security SME - Team Lead Role - Hybrid Setup

Work Shift: Shifting Schedule

Salary Range: 65,000 - 200,000

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for skilled OT Security professionals to support security managed services across client environments and ensure operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead team execution as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security objectives

- Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic planning

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives

- Provide solutions to security challenges in OT/ICS environments

- Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards

- Mentor and guide team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in OT Security

- Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements

- Experience in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments

- Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Amenable to hybrid work setup with shifting schedule in Cubao

- Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work
