Job Overview

We are looking for candidates with strong BPO and Non-Life Insurance experience to support policy servicing, carrier coordination, billing, premium management, and receivables activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, with exposure to Home and Auto Insurance, along with strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

• Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.

• Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and policy updates.

• Process and issue policy endorsements using broker management systems such as AMS, Applied Epic, or similar platforms.

• Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.

• Maintain accurate policy records and documentation.

• Ensure policy servicing activities comply with applicable regulatory and internal guidelines.

Billing, Premium & Receivables Management

• Manage and resolve billing discrepancies and premium adjustments.

• Handle payment-related inquiries, premium collections, and receivables-related issues.

• Perform account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.

• Respond professionally to billing questions from insureds, agents, and carriers.

• Maintain complete and accurate billing and payment documentation.

• Follow regulated-industry standards and internal procedures.

High-Volume Communication & Call Handling

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.

• Serve as a primary coordination point for policy and billing inquiries.

• Clearly explain policy changes, billing details, account information, and required next steps.

• Maintain service-level expectations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience, OR

• Completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience.

• Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance is mandatory.

• Strong exposure to Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance is required.

• Experience with Home and Auto Insurance is preferred/required based on process requirements.

• Experience in insurance brokerage or agency operations is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City.
