Are you an experienced BPO Trainer with a strong background in Financial or Commercial Card Services?

This is an exciting opportunity to use your training expertise, financial domain knowledge, and leadership skills to develop high-performing frontline teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Training Design & Facilitation

- Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) covering financial domain fundamentals, card products, systems, workflows, and LOB knowledge.

- Conduct upskilling, cross-skilling, refresher, and product update training for tenured employees.

- Develop training materials, job aids, mock scenarios, assessments, and learning modules in collaboration with SMEs and instructional designers.

- Apply effective adult learning principles to maximize knowledge retention and learner engagement.

Nesting & Floor Support

- Manage the Nesting/Hypercare phase following classroom training.

- Provide real-time floor support and assist agents with escalated product or process concerns.

- Conduct side-by-side coaching, call/transaction audits, and floor observations.

- Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted coaching interventions.

Compliance & Governance

- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessment results, and compliance certifications.

- Ensure training activities align with required compliance and operational standards.

- Support audit readiness through complete and accurate documentation.

Performance & Training Analytics

- Monitor training effectiveness using key metrics such as FTR, AHT, Quality, CSAT, throughput, and early attrition.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI) using operational dashboards, quality results, and error trends.

- Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

- 3–5 years total BPO experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BPO Trainer supporting Card Services.

- Minimum 2 years of Product Trainer experience in Financial/Commercial Card Services.

- Card Services experience is required.

- Experience in Collections, Insurance, or Fraud alone does not qualify for the required Card Services Trainer experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of financial terminology and Commercial Card Services.

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and public-speaking skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willing to work shifting/rotational schedules, including night shifts.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Experience with financial and servicing platforms such as:

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

- Fiserv

- FIS

- Finacle

- TSYS

- Proprietary financial/card servicing platforms

Knowledge of:

- Learning Management Systems (LMS)

- E-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia

- MS Office / Google Workspace

- PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets for training materials and performance tracking
