Qualifications:

At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate

At least 1 year BPO experience

Good verbal and written English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Willing to work onsite in MOA Pasay

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services

Assist customers with account and policy-related concerns
