We are looking for a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support for global users. Whether you already have Service Desk experience or a strong technical support background, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading multinational IT consulting company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst, you will:

​

• Deliver first-level IT Service Desk support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, Microsoft 365, password, and application issues.
  
• Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently while meeting SLA targets.
  
• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch, French, and English.
  
• Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions.
  
• Escalate unresolved technical issues according to established procedures.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Stay updated on products, systems, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  
• Support Service Desk Specialists and Managers with service requests and non-complex work orders.
  
• Work closely with global teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Follow assigned shifts, schedules, and operational guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Technical Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Service Desk experience
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, VPN, Active Directory, or similar enterprise environments is an advantage
  
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Zendesk, or similar is preferred
