We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, and lead a high-performing payroll team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in payroll processing, SAP Payroll, payroll compliance, and team leadership, with the ability to manage payroll operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and within established timelines.

• Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions.

• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and government reporting requirements.

• Lead, coach, and support the payroll team to achieve operational excellence.

• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure payroll controls and audit readiness.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support payroll operations.

• Monitor payroll timelines and implement continuous process improvements.
