Hiring: HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist (CL9)

Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and within timelines.

• Review payroll calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.

• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and government regulations.

• Lead, coach, and support the payroll team to achieve operational excellence.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related concerns.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure timely completion of payroll activities while maintaining data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.

• Strong working experience with SAP Payroll.

• Excellent knowledge of payroll processing, salary computation, tax calculations, and statutory benefits.

• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.

• Experience handling payroll controls, audits, reconciliations, and payroll timelines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig on a shifting schedule.
