SALARY: Up to 30% hike from last drawn basic salary + ₱2,400 Allowance + ₱40,000 Joining Bonus

Role Overview:

Join Project Motor as a Financial Collections Specialist! You will handle UK-based financial collections, negotiating payment arrangements and resolving outstanding accounts with professionalism and assertiveness.


Key Responsibilities:


Contact customers to collect outstanding financial obligations.


Negotiate payment plans and settlements.


Resolve billing disputes and account inquiries.


Maintain accurate records of collection activities.


Meet collection targets and performance metrics.


Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations.


Qualifications:


HS Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, 2nd Year College Completed, or College Graduate – required.


For UK support: Candidates with collections experience from any industry are acceptable.


For US and AU support: Must have 1 year collections experience in banking or financial services industry.


Good negotiation skills with proper and assertive communication.


Understanding of collections domain.


Comfortable dealing with international customers.
