We’re looking for Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives to join our team in Metro Manila!

Bilingual Spanish CSR experience is preferred but NOT required — if you have conversational Spanish skills and BPO customer service experience, we encourage you to apply!

WORK LOCATION

100% Onsite

Jollibee Tower – Ortigas, Pasig City
OR
Exxa Tower – Bridgetowne, Quezon City

COMPENSATION

Php 40,000 – Php 55,000 salary package

WORK SCHEDULE

• Night Shift / Shifting Schedule

• Must be willing to work onsite

• ASAP Start

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least High School Graduate

• Conversational Spanish skills required

• No advanced Spanish certification required

• At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience

• Previous Bilingual Spanish CSR experience is preferred but NOT required

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City or Bridgetowne, Quezon City

• Willing to work on a night shift/shifting schedule

2nd Round: VNA Interview
3rd Round: Operations Interview
