Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer – Microsoft Intune Technology Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and cloud-based device management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and provide technical guidance.

• Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms and engagements.

• Support migration from on-premises imaging to cloud-native management.

• Design tenant structures, naming conventions, and group hierarchies.

• Design and implement Zero-Touch / Windows Autopilot provisioning.

• Create procedures for application packaging, testing, deployment, and updates.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

• Support SCCM/MECM architecture, including site planning, distribution strategy, discovery, gap analysis, migration planning, consolidation, and task sequence design.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and endpoint issues.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune – Mandatory.

• Strong application support and troubleshooting experience.

• Experience with Windows Autopilot / Zero-Touch Provisioning.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based endpoint management.

• Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements.

Good to Have

• SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

• Microsoft 365 experience and integrations.

• Application packaging and deployment experience.

• Cloud-to-on-premises integration experience.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Intune architecture and implementation experience.

• Experience with Windows Autopilot / Zero-Touch Provisioning.

• Willing to work onsite in Manila.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
