- Handle inbound customer inquiries about bank accounts, transactions, and financial services

- Provide step-by-step assistance and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

- Properly document all interactions and comply with policies

- Work with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college / university

- Minimum 1 year BPO experience is required

- Good to excellent English communication skills - Written and verbal

- Willing to work onsite

- Amenable to Banking and Finance account
