Job Summary

We are looking for a Spanish Technical Support Representative (SPE) with a minimum of 6 months of BPO Technical Support/TSR experience. The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish and English communication skills and be willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers through appropriate communication channels.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Handle customer concerns professionally in both Spanish and English.

• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and service guidelines.

• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when required.

• Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college education, with no back subjects.

• At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support/TSR experience.

• Strong technical troubleshooting background.

• Good Spanish and English communication skills.

• Open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipino candidates).

• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

• Available to start ASAP.
