Qualifications:
> Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
> Required: Experience with U.S. retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), annuities, life insurance), including withdrawals, applications, loans, and policy handling.
> Preferred: Background in voice and non-voice financial accounts.
> Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
> Familiarity with plan documents, procedures, and financial products/services.
> Willing to work onsite in Taguig (2-3x a week)
