WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting

SALARY: ₱60,000 – ₱80,000 package (Fixed and non-negotiable)

SIGN-ON BONUS: ₱100,000

LOCATIONS: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark Pampanga

START DATE: ASAP

You will be responsible for facilitating new hire training, upskilling sessions, and ensuring clinical competency for Utilization Management teams. This role requires a strong clinical background combined with training or teaching experience.


Key Responsibilities

Facilitate new hire and continuing education training for USRNs in Utilization Management


Design and deliver training modules aligned with client requirements and clinical guidelines


Conduct knowledge assessments, practical evaluations, and certification activities


Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental support to trainees


Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address learning gaps


Maintain training records, attendance logs, and performance reports


Ensure training content reflects current U.S. healthcare protocols and HIPAA standards


Support transition-to-production activities including nesting and side-by-side coaching


Qualifications

Experience:


1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience – required


At least 1 year of training or teaching experience – required (academe background acceptable)


Certifications:


Active USRN license (any state) – required
