Qualifications:

College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience

OR

Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months of BPO experience

SME Qualifications:

Solid background in Insurance Brokerage is required for SME-level applicants

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with policy information, claims, billing, and account concerns

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions through phone, email, or chat support

• Maintain excellent customer service standards and compliance with company policies
