Key Responsibilities

Review, validate, and process mutual fund and investment transactions

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies

Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records

Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, investment operations, or financial back-office roles

Strong knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and trade processing workflows

Experience handling complex financial transactions and discrepancy resolution

Understanding of regulatory compliance, financial controls, and risk management frameworks

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills

Excellent English communication skills
