Schedule: Fixed Night Shift
Qualifications
Open to HS graduates (Old Curriculum), SHS graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates
Must have at least 2 years of BPO/call center experience
Experience supporting financial services, including mutual funds, segregated funds, or related products is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle complex client concerns professionally
Willing to work onsite in McKinley on a fixed night shift schedule
Salary
PHP 22,000–27,000 – With 2 years of BPO experience (any account)
PHP 27,000–32,000 – With 2 years of BPO experience in financial services, financial accounts, or wealth/asset management
