The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Process Designer with hands-on Oracle Cloud Cost Management expertise to analyse, optimise and redesign business workflows while driving continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse existing workflows and identify process inefficiencies.

• Gather and document business requirements and use cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design process improvements.

• Facilitate workshops and drive consensus on process changes.

• Create and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams.

• Translate business processes into technical requirements.

• Support change management and communicate process changes.

• Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvements.

• Act as an SME and contribute solutions to complex business problems.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Cost Management – mandatory.

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.

• Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based financial management and cost-control methodologies.

• Ability to analyse complex processes and translate requirements into solutions.

• Experience with process modelling and workflow tools.

• Data analysis and reporting skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to team discussions.
