Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager – WFM who can lead BI initiatives, drive data-informed business decisions, and manage a team of specialists.

Requirements:

• Knowledge/experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI initiatives
• Knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages
• 1–2 years of managerial experience specifically in Business Intelligence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience with BI/WFM processes, reporting, and data-driven solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of BI specialists
• Drive the development of BI solutions and complex projects
• Develop and implement processes, standards, and policies
• Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
• Oversee short- to medium-term BI/WFM initiatives
• Act as a subject-matter expert and support the development of team members
