Position: Business Intelligence Manager – WFM

Salary: PHP 80,000–110,000 package

Location: McKinley 6, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BI specialists and drive the development of solutions for complex projects and processes.
  
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Develop and implement BI policies, processes, and standards.
• Lead a team with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
• Support short- to medium-term business and tactical objectives.
  

Non-Negotiable Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in a BI managerial role

Experience with AI tools/initiatives, such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, or similar

Strong knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages

Strong Business Intelligence and leadership experience
